Please keep this manual with all other important papers. The information in this manual is
necessary for the installation, operation and proper use of your boiler. If you should ever have a
problem or question please first refer to this manual before contacting Nature’s Comfort via email

. If you do not have email you may call 877-251-7740. Please
have your serial number ready. This is found stamped into a silver tag on the top left of the firebox
door jamb. Please keep in mind that Nature’s Comfort built your boiler but did not install it and has
no control over the installation, the efficiency of the building’s insulation or what is burned in the
boiler.
Water Treatment
If not using anti-freeze or glycol, make sure your water is tested and has the required concentration of
Nature’s Comfort boiler treatment (500ppm of nitrite) so there will be no rust or corrosion. This is required
to keep your warranty valid. Please see warranty page for further details and instructions on treating and
having your water tested.
