Operation
FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM DUSTOP
THE FILTER CLEANING CYCLE SHOULD BE PERFORMED UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• Before each use.
• After prolonged operation.
• After vacuuming a considerable amount of material.
• When a decrease in machine performance is noticed.
• When the orange indicator light is on.
NOTE:
How often the filter cleaning cycle should be performed depends on the application. Shot blasting and grinding applications generate more
dust and require more frequent cleaning. If shot blasting or grinding soft concrete, the cleaning cycle may need to be performed as often as
every 5-10 minutes to prevent the filter from clogging.
The filter cleaning cycle is performed as follows:
1. Make sure both motors are turned off.
2. Close the slide damper.
3. Turn on both motors.
4.
Quickly flip the DUSTOP flap open and close 5-10 times to provide quick pulses of counter air flow to the filter.
