INSTALLATION 

WITH NATCOMM DEVICE Cont…

 

 
 
WHEN USING WITH A NATCOMM DEVICE 

1. 

Connect your Natcomm switching device to the ‘Relay Input’ 

socket of 

Tone Alert. 

  

2. 

Connect the 3.5mm ‘Audio Out’ port of 

Tone Alert

 to an external 

speaker or amplifier – if required, for increased volume 

3. 

Connect the power supply of the Natcomm switching device to the 

switching device and turn power on.  The LED on the Natcomm 

switching device and 

Tone Alert

 should both display green 

4. 

When the switching device is activated 

Tone Alert

 will emit an 

Alert Tone 

5. 

The tone that is emitted can be adjusted to suit your requirements 

as follows by using the dip switches on the underneath side: 

i.  Change the Frequency of the Alert Tone 

ii.  Change the Cadence of the Alert Tone 

iii.  Refer to page 7 for Dip Switch Settings 

6. 

External power supply for 

Tone Alert

 is only required if the 

Natcomm switching device and the 

Tone Alert

 are in excess of 

100m apart from each other 

 

NOTE:

 

Dip Switch is an optional extra that must be requested when 

ordering.
