10.a Defragmentation:
Defragmentation of the hard disk is a recommended job to do
at least once in 3/4 months. This is because as the number of
test conducted get increased doctors stats deleting the tests.
The tests are stored randomly on the hard disk. This creates
delay to open any of the applications. By Defragmentation of
the hard disk all the files are arranged in sequence. Thus helps
in making PC faster.
Following steps can do this,

Click ‘ Start’ button.

Go to ‘ Program’ then ‘ Accessories’.

Go to ‘ System Tool’.

Select ‘ Disk Defragmentation’.
After selecting the Defragmentation option it ask for the drive
to select. Select the drive as per your requirement and click
the ‘ OK’ button of that screen. As soon as the button is click
Defragmentation starts and the dialog box as seen in the fig
10.1 below will appear on the screen.
