punte. Per regolare l’altezza in modo diverso, Fig. 13.

REGOLAZIONE DISCHI DI TAGLIO
ATTENZIONE: spegnere la macchina e togliere la chiave
di accensione. Con la testata agganciata alla mietitrebbia
inserire, sempre, gli appositi fermi meccanici sui martinetti
elevatori della testata. Per un corretto funzionamento
del sistema di taglio, il gioco fra i due dischi contrapposti
(A) e (B) Fig. 17, deve essere compreso fra 0,3-0,5 mm.
In caso contrario non avremmo un corretto taglio dello
stocco del girasole e delle eventuali erbe infestanti
presenti nel campo. La regolazione del gioco si effettua
in questo modo: Togliere la vite (C) Fig. 17, togliere il
mozzo (D) e inserire o togliere gli anelli di spessore (E).
Rimontare il tutto e verificare il gioco fra i dischi.
14. Coffins and tips
WARNING: Turn off the machine and remove the
ignition key.

Front points
The header has a standard adjustment of the tips. To
adjust the height in a different way, Fig 13.
• Unscrew the nut (B)
• Loosen or tighten the screw (C)
• Tighten the locknut

ADjUSTING THE CUTTING DISCS
CAUTION: Switched off the machine and remove
the ignition key. With the head attached to the
combine enter, again, the appropriate mechanical
stops on the screw jacks lift the head. For good
operation of the cutting system, the game between
the two opposing disks (A) and (B) Fig 17, should
be between 0.3-0.5 mm. Otherwise we would not
have a proper cut of the sword of the sunflower and
any weeds in the field. The setting of the game is
played like this: Remove the screw (C) Fig 17,
remove the hub (D) and insert and remove the ring
thickness (E). Reassemble everything and check the
clearance between the disks.

REGOLAZIONE CATENE DI RACCOLTA
ATTENZIONE: spegnere la macchina e togliere la chiave
di accensione.
Questa operazione è da fare settimanalmente.
Procedere come segue: Allentare la vite (A), Fig. 18, e il
controdado (J), Fig. 17. Agendo sulla vite (H) portare la
catena alla tensione voluta. Stringere di nuovo la vite
(H) e il controdado (J).
Regolazione catena trasmissione dischi taglio
ATTENZIONE: spegnere la macchina e togliere la chiave di
accensione. Allentare tre viti (E), Fig. 19, e il controdado
(F). Agendo sulla vite (G) portare la catena alla tensione
voluta. Stringere di nuovo il controdado (F) e le viti (E).
16. Trasmissione
TRASMISSIONE PRINCIPALE
Su ambi lati della macchina esistono delle catene di
trasmissione che danno il moto a un albero esagonale
che passa sotto il telaio della macchina. La tensione
della catena di trasmissione principale si ottiene agendo
sul tenditore (C), Fig. 21, per poterlo regolare agire
sulle viti (D). La trasmissione e protetta da un carter,
per poterlo aprire agire sulle cerniere di chiusura (A) e
(B), Fig. 20
ADJUST GATHERING CHAINS
WARNING: Turn off the machine and remove the
ignition key.
This is to be done weekly.
Proceed as follows: Loosen the screw (A), Figure 18, and
locknut (j) Fig 17. Turn scre w (H) bring the chain to the
desired tension. Tighten the screw (H) and locknut (j).
Adjust drive chain cutting discs
WARNING: Switch off the machine and remove the
ignition key. Loosen three screws (E), Figure 19, and
the lock nut (F). Turn screw (G) bring the chain to the
desired tension. Tighten the lock nut (F) and the screws
(E).
16. Broadcast
MAIN TRANSMISSION
On sides of the machine there are transmission
chains which give the power to a hexagonal shaft
which passes under the machine frame. The tension of
the main chain of transmission is obtained by acting
on the tensioner (C), Fig 21, to be able to adjust to act
on the screws (D). The transmission is protected by a
cover, to open it to act on the closing hinges (A) and
(B), Fig 20

TRASMISSIONE GRUPPI FILA DI RACCOLTA
Sull’albero esagonale di trasmissione principale sono
posizionate delle frizioni a nottolini (A), una per ogni
gruppo file Fig. 22. Queste tramite una catena (B) danno
il moto ad un ingranaggio sopra l’albero principale
della scatola del gruppo fila. La tensione della catena
viene mantenuta automaticamente da un tenditore a
molla (C).
TRANSMISSION ROWS GROUPS
On main transmission shaft are positioned clutches to
pawls (A), one for each file group Fig 22. These means
by a chain (B) give the motion to a gear on the
main shaft of the box of the row unit. The chain
tension is maintained automatically by a spring
tensioner (C).
