4. Prepping Bottles For Use:
a. First, return to the “Bottle Service” menu and select “Prep Bottle”,
as shown below.
b. After you have selected Prep Bottle, you may insert the wine bottle with
the attached Clean-Pour dispensing head into the WineStation position
i. NOTE: Make sure to close the spout cover and close the front door.
c. At this time, select “Purge” so that the argon or food grade nitrogen will replace
the oxygen in the bottle, assuring preservation.
d. Next, select “Test.” This will serve about ¼ ounce of wine to prime the liquid into
the tube and allow for a taste of the wine.
i. Make sure that a glass is placed under the spout.
ii. The wine is now ready for serving. You can now repeat this
process for the other 3 positions.
