• The viability will be automatically calculated by the ADAM-CellT software after
each measurement of the total cells and the non-viable cells.
• First, the total cell number and second, non-viable cell number were measured
and then the cell viability is calculated as subtracting non-viable cell counting
numbers from total cell counting.
