7-1 Regular Cleaning
This game relies upon light to operate correctly and it is important that glasses,
mirrors, sensors and lenses are kept clean.
Never use any solvent products to clean the above items as the solvent may
cause irreparable damage.
7-1-1 Cleaning the Glasses and Half Mirror.
Take care when removing, cleaning or replacing a glass or half mirror so as not
to break or scratch them.
Glass and the half mirror should be cleaned with a propriety, non abrasive, glass
cleaner or a damp cloth soaked in a mild detergent. When using a mild detergent
ensure that the detergent is rinsed off.
See section 7-4 page 55 for removing the Rear Glass.
See section 7-7 page 58 for removing the Front Acrylic.
See section 7-8 page 60 for removing the Half Mirror.
7-1-2 Cleaning the Flat Target Sensor Assy
Never use any solvent products to clean the sensor as the solvent may cause
irreparable damage.
1. Remove the display cover as described in section 7-9 page 62.
2. Remove the maintenance door and cover B as described in section 7-10
page 64
3. Wipe and clean the surface of the Flat Target sensor with a clean, dry, lint
free cloth.
4. Reassemble in the reverse order.
