Replacing the Sensor PC Board
Note:
The PC Boards are sensitive to static electricity. Ensure anti-static procedures
are followed when handling the PC Boards.
1.
Remove the Alligator Assy.
(See 6-5 page 47)
2.
Remove the pozi head screw (M4x12), with countersunk washer, and remove the
nylon cable clamp.
3.
Remove the 4off pozi head screws (M5x20), with body stoppers and remove the
Body.
4.
Unsolder the wires from the Sensor Pc Board. (Note the positions of each wire so
that they are refitted correctly on the new PC Board).
5.
Remove the 2off pozi flange head screws (M3x6) and remove the Sensor PC
Board complete with sensor nut.
6.
Reassemble in reverse order.
