General Safety instructions
1. The gasoline engine must use mixed fuel with volume rate of 30 ml two stroke automobile oil No 95 (octanes) / 1 lt gasoline.
2. Three to five minutes low speed rotation after start and before stop is necessary in order to prevent damage of some parts or body harm caused by violent
movement of the engine.
3. High-speed rotation without load must be prohibited! It is strictly prohibited to stop the engine suddenly at high speed.
4. When adding fuel, the engine should stop, fire sources must be far away and smoking is prohibited.
5. In order to avoid electric shock, do not touch the cap of spark plug and the conducting wire during the rotation of the engine.
6. The surface of the muffler and the cylinder is very hot so neither the hands nor the body must approach them. Children should be far away from the engine.
7. Don’t start the engine without water in the chemical tank.
Do not lend or rent your sprayer without the Owner’s Manual. Be sure that anyone using your sprayer reads and understands the information
contained in this manual.
Safe use of the sprayer:
1. The operator must be in good physical condition and mental health. Τhe following must not be allowed to use the machine
: (a) Mental patients, (b) Drunk, (c) Under age or old persons, (d) Persons who have just exercised strenuously or slept not
enough, (e) Tired persons or patients and others who can’t operate the machine normally, (f) Persons with no knowledge of
the machine.
2. Proper clothing: in order to reduce the risk of injury, the operator should wear proper protective apparel: (a) Clothing and
gloves must be worn in order to avoid contacting pesticide, (b) Wear glasses and a gauze mask to protect your eye, wear the
gauze mask to prevent from poisoning, (c) the machine noise may damage your hearing, so wear ear mufflers to protect your
hearing, (d) Pay attention to wear a face mask to protect against pesticide.
3. Use of the machine - spray operation: (a) It is recommended to carry out work during cool weather with little wind. For
example, in the early morning or in the late afternoon. This can reduce the evaporation and drift of chemicals and improve
the protecting effect, (b) The operator should move windward, (c) If your mouth or eyes are spattered with chemicals, wash
them with clean water and go to see a doctor, (4) If the operator has a headache or dizziness, stop working at once and go
to see a doctor in time.
Your sprayer uses oil-gasoline mixture (a) You must not smoke or bring any fire or flame near the fuel or the sprayer-duster
(b) Never refuel the machine when it is hot or running, (c) Never pour fuel on the machine. If you do, be sure to clean it off.
Never touch the muffler, spark plug, or other metallic parts of the engine while the engine is in operation or immediately
after shutting down the engine. These metallic parts reach high temperatures during operation and doing so could result in
serious burns. After working, wash your hands and clean all of clothing. You should know that the remaining pesticide can
stain what you touch.
