2. When connect the pipe make sure the control handle is vertical and tighten it
down firmly as shown in Fig 3.
Handing Instruction
1. Inspection
(1) Check if there is loose of sparking plug, etc;
(2) Check if the air cooling opening is blocked to avoid over-heating during rotation;
(3) Check if air fi 1 ter is dirty to avoid bad rotation and over-waste of fuel cased by quality of incoming gas.
(4) Check if the gap of the sparking plug is 0. 6-0. 7mm;
(5) Pull the starter for 2-3 times to see if the engine is in normal operation.
2. Adding fuel
(1) Adding fuel must be done at the state of the engine stop;
(2) The gasoline should be No. 70 or No. 90, the oil must be two-stroke gasoline engine oil. The mixture's ratio between
gasoline and oil is 25-30: 1. Bad quality fuel will influence the engine's performance and destroy the gasoline engine.
3. Cold Starting
Please operate according to the following procedures:
(1) Turn on the fuel switch at the "ON" position.
(2) Put the choker on the full position.
(3) Pull the starter for a few times and have it returned slowly. Do not leave the handle to return freely to avoid the damage
of the starter.
(4) Close the choker and pull starter handle until the engine fires.
(5)After starting the engine, put the gasoline throttle handle at the idle speed level position let the engine run at low speed
for 3-5 minutes, then put the throttle at high speed to blow.
4. Start The Warm Engine
(1) Leave the choker fully open.
(2) If the engine draws in too much fuel. Leave the fuel switch fully close, put the gasoline throttle handle and the choker at
open position, remove the spark plug. Pull the start 5-6 times, eliminate the superfluous oil , then put on the spark plug, start
as above mentioned.
5. Start To Work
(1) Preparation, back on the machine, fasten the braces.
(2) Adjustment. Adjust the throttle switch to the highest position.
(3) Blowing. Tank the handle, swing back and forth.
6. Stop The Engine
Turn the fuel switch to “OFF” position.
Attention:
The engine should run without load for 3-5 minutes before stop. It is strictly prohibited that the engine runs at high
speed without load in order to avoid the damage of the engine parts and the harm or body. It is also strictly prohibited to stop
the engine suddenly at high speed.
Safe Operation
1. Protective Clothing
1) Ware Dirt/fog-proof glasses, gauze mask.
2) Wear tight clothes as shown in Fig 4.
