IMPORTANT NOTICES

Online warranty registration:

Make sure to register your boat at

www.nacrasailing.com

 to

apply for your warranty. This registration is mandatory

Pre-Delivery Inspection

A thorough inspection of the new boat prior to delivery en-
sures that the condition of each boat meets the high stan-
dards set by Nacra. We certify that your boat was inspected
according to the procedures established by Nacra.

To Obtain Warranty Service

Within 10 days of discovering a defect, notify in writing,
along with proof of purchase (sales receipt or registration)
to an authorized dealer or service centre.

Maintenance records

It is also recommended that receipts covering the perform-
ance of regular maintenance be kept with your boat. Dam-
age to your boat caused by lack of maintenance is not cov-
ered by our warranty.

Owner satisfaction

Should you ever encounter a problem during or after the
warranty period that is not resolved, talk to the manage-
ment of the dealer or service centre. If the problem persists,
follow the two-stage satisfaction procedure outlined in this
section of the owners manual

.
