Fill the solution tank with 1 Gallon cold or warm water through the filling hole and then
reconnect the tanks and fasten the springs.
1. Remove the Unit, hose, spray gun and extra tip from box.
2. Remove the 2 spring clips holding the upper tank to the lower tank

Connect the spray hose & gun to the machine. Verify the s/s tip is in the vertical position for
optimal spray pattern. Plug the machine in, turn on and run the water through the unit. This helps
remove any particles left in the unit, hose or gun during the manufacturing process

If the spray pattern is not smooth, remove the brass nut and remove tip. Blow out the tip (with
compressed air if possible) replace tip, ensuring it is in the vertical position, replace brass nut and
continue.

If the spray pattern is too fine, replace the stainless steel tip with the brass tip for a heavier spray
