CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!

The device is not suitable for cleaning in
the dishwasher!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing agents or cleaning pads to clean the
device. These may damage the surfaces.

Take the used inserts (

) out of the
device by pressing the release button (

).
The inserts will spring out of the device.
○
Wipe down the device with a damp cloth
if necessary.
○
Clean the used inserts under running
water with a little detergent or in the
dishwasher.
○
Allow all parts to dry completely or dry
them with a tea towel before storing
them away.
○
Store the device in a cool and dry place
protected from dust and direct sunlight
out of the reach of children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the problem cannot be solved with the
steps below, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical
device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.

Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.

Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►
Check the fuse of the electrical distribu-
tor (fuse box).
The device switches off.
Food is blocking the inserts (
5, 6
).

Disconnect the device from the pow-
er, take out the inserts and carefully
remove the blockage.
The device is overloaded because the con-
tents are too thick or something has become
caught in the inserts (
5, 6
).
►
Disconnect the device from the power,
take out the inserts and remove some
of the contents or add liquid or carefully
remove the blockage.
The device is overloaded because it was
switched on for too long without a break.
►
Pull out the mains plug and allow the
device to cool down for a few minutes.
