2. Apply toner, 1 min.
3. Neck massage, rub oil into
chest with both hands
towards the back of the neck
and press Gb-20 and Du-16
acupoint, 3 times.

jaw and double chin area to
pass the back of ear to the
armpit, 3 times.
5. Push downwards with
thumb and index finger
splaying, tracing 3 meridians
from the neck side to the

6. Push downwards with 4

7. Push downwards with
bending fingers till the neck
