Troubleshooting
The following table is intended to help you identify the causes for malfunctions and
possibly eliminate them.
If you cannot fix a malfunction, please contact your local specialized dealer or our
engineering department. You can contact us per email via [email protected] or

Problem

The system cannot be
switched on using the main
switch.
Mains cable is not
connected.
Check if both ends of the
mains cable are connected
properly.
The toggle switch on the
rear is not set correctly.

The system does not react
to remote control.

Error
The LEDs are automatically switched off after a short while to prevent interfering with
other lighting. However, they are turned back on automatically when operating the
system.
