TARE is used to deduct the weight of an
item or container. The symbol will
appear and reading will go to zero. Press it
again to exit the tare mode (when empty),
the tare indication will disappear.
ZERO is used to return the display to zero if
a small weight reading is left while
unloaded/empty.
