Quick Guide

To expose the back panel of the unit, push 
the tab while lifting the cover to reveal the 
battery and power connections.

The backup battery’s contacts should be 
pointing toward the center of the control panel 
and facing down.

Once the telephone cable is connected to a functional telephone 
outlet, the Communication Indicator color will switch from red to 
green.

Standby Status

Emergency

1. 

Press and hold the EMERGENCY button on the panel or pendant

2. 

The EMERGENCY will blink red and the Communication Indicator will blink in green

3. 

An operator will connect with you directly through the panel’s speaker

4. 

A siren will sound until the Reset button is pressed, a connection is established with                           
the Monitoring Station, or the siren is timed-out

5. 

Press the Reset button to stop the siren and cancel the emergency alarm report

Insert power jack, secure the cable along 
the groove, and plug into wall outlet.

Turn the power switch On. All indicator lights should 
be in normal functioning mode (see indicator chart).

Test your system. Call 866 484 4800, select option 8, 
and an operator will assist you with the testing process.

1. Add the phone line from the jack labeled “PHONE” on the 
control panel to the telephone. 

2. Unplug the phone line from the existing telephone and plug 
it into the jack marked “LINE” on the top of the control panel.
