3 Installation
1. Firstly bring all the parts of crane to the work area, prepare three steel pipes (length 3 to 5 m, diameter 48 mm, thickness
3 mm), counterweight objects more than 600 kg, pliers, screwdrivers, hand hammer, the largest opening 27 mm adjustable
wrench and other tools.
2. Connect bottom base and round standing pillar with screws (screws do not be tighten for now).
3. Use the rod to connect the round standing pillar with the bottom base, and select appropriate rod hole to connect with the
bottom base hole to keep the column perpendicular to the bottom base.
4. The rotating sleeve part is installed on the rotating shaft on the top of the round standing pillar to ensure the rotation of
rotating sleeve is flexible and the positioning device is sensitive.

Connect the fixing hole at the end of the supporting arm with the fixing hole of the rotating arm, and then adjust the angle
of the pin so that the angle of the supporting arm reaches a proper angle.
6. Adjust the extending length of the telescopic arm to meet the needs of work.
7. Bring the engine, install the hook, turn on the power, press the switch handle, the engine test is working normally.
8. Place the center of the rope block of left-to-right direction corresponding to the center of the main engine seat. The main
rope block should be perpendicular to the support arm, and then use the fixing screw to install on the turret main frame.
9. When the engine is powered , press the button switch to release the proper length wire rope and pass the rope through top
pulley on the support arm.
10. Move the mini crane to work site, pass through 3 steel pipes in front of the base, left and right of the base, and take the
heavy load on the steel pipe behind the mini crane to ensure the stability of the counterweight firm.
11. Operate the mini crane and unload the hoisting hook. The maximum load weight of the hoist should be 30% of the rated
load for the first time. After the low-load operation for 3 times, increase the hoisting weight gradually, and overloading
more than the rated load is prohibited.
12. The operator must wear helmets and other measures to ensure safety to avoid accidents.
13. When mini crane works, within the diameter of 20 meters under the mini crane is strictly prohibited to enter, to prevent
objects falling and cause wounding.
4 Caution
• This machine is prohibited to hang people & overload use.
• Make sure check before use if connection bolts are fastened, whether there is a crack of the welding points, solder joints
aging, welding crack problems, carry out maintenance in time.
•
Check whether the brake is flexible and feasible, the support points must be reliable. ,
• Center frame must be vertical, fulcrum to be stable.
• People are prohibited standing under the crane. Construction workers should be away from the lifting objects by 20 meters
away.
• Crane must be pressed with heavy square, the counterweight should be at least 2 times of lifting objects
• Frame should be disassembled in order to prevent it from falling upstairs, causing casualties.
• Operators should be familiar with the operation precautions of this machine. Wear a helmet and safety belts when using
this machine, and fasten them on the reliable fixtures. Seat belt can not be tied together with the frame in case people and
frame falls at same time, if not in accordance with the provisions of the operation, users shall be responsible for all the
consequences.
•
Do not exceed the lifting loads and related parameters specified in the technical data. Such as overloading the collective
damage, and various personal losses, the factory shall not assume any responsibility.
•
Rope in the reel shall not be less than 4 laps. Check if there are broken shares, broken wire, fluff, lack of grease and other
phenomena, if any, should be promptly replaced wire rope.
• Frequently check electrical parts and timely remove of dust and replace the original fault, pay attention to the electrical
system safety to avoid electric shock, leakage..
• The installation of the power is required to install a leakage protector.
• The power cord should be used more than 2.5 square mm power cord.
•
Counterweight tube should be national standard Φ 48, of thickness of 3 mm or more.
