OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the unit for the first time:
Heat the empty oven.
(1) Insert the baking tray and wire rack.
(2) Set the function knob to “Upper & Lower”, set the
thermostat knob to 230 °C and heat the empty oven
for about 10 minutes.
Note:
There may be some smoke and a burning smell at
first, but this is not a malfunction.
Select “Upper”, “Lower” or “Upper & Lower” accord-
ing to the dishes you are going to cook. You can ob-
serve whether the heating elements are working by
observing the front indicator light.
CAUTION
Check that the device is not positioned too close to
any wall, upper cupboard or the ceiling. Make sure
that curtains, etc., do not touch the device. Do not
put anything between the bottom of the device
and the surface on which it is sitting. Do not put an-
ything on top of the device while you are using it.
Do not heat bottled or tinned food directly in the
oven or on the stove.
Be careful not to burn yourself during use or imme-
diately after use. The metal parts and glass window
of the door can become extremely hot during use.
Be careful when opening and closing the door.

(including children) with reduced physical, senso-
ry or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervi-
sion or instruction concerning the use of the appli-
ance by a person responsible for their safety.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
4. The product is only for household/indoor use.
5. The appliance is not intended to be operated by
means of an external timer or separate remote con-
trol system.
