PROCEDURE

3.

Perform the following procedure:

a)

Connect the P648 Programming Unit into the serial port (COM1) of the PC.

b)

Fit a fully-charged battery pack.  Switch on the transceiver and insert it into the
P648.

c)

Read the `Readme' file contained with the P648T software.  The `Readme' file
describes how to use the programming facility.
