3COM IP phone configuration steps for survivability mode:
Set the Secondary Call Processor IP address:
1 Press the Program Button. (Upper right most button)
2 Press 5
3 Press 2
4 Enter IP address of the MultiVOIP SS
5 Press # to save
Logout the Phone
1 Press the Program Button. (Upper right most button)
2 Press 5
3 Press 6
Login the phone
1 Press the Program Button. (Upper right most button)
2 Press 5
3 Press 6
( If prompted for password supply Phone Extension Password and press #)
