Un-Installing your ISI Unit
Conduct the un-installation in this order: remove the modems associated with the ISI Card first, then the ports, and,
finally, the ISI Card. Following this procedure will ensure removal of all ISI components. We present details below.
Delete Modem Drivers
1.
Go to
Control Panel I System.
Go to the
Hardware
tab and click on
Device Manager.
The Device
Manager list will appear.

Click on
Modems
to expand the list.

Select one of the modems being used with the ISI Card. The modems are designated "MultiTech systems
MT5634SMI-V92#_" (followed by number designations for all modems except the first, #2, #3, etc.).
Right-click on the first modem driver to be deleted (the order of removal is not important) and select
"Uninstall."
4.
At the Confirm Device Removal screen.
Click on
Delete the driver software for this device
. Then click
OK
.
5.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each additional modem driver to be removed.
