Problem
Possible causes
You want to add a new tint pro-
duct, but the ones that are already
added are blinking.
Switch off the tint product that are
already added or remove them
from the product that has already
been connected.
The tint product has been added
to the wrong group.
Find out for sure which group the
tint product is in. Proceed as de-
scribed in “Add a tint product from
one group into another group”.
I cannot add a tint product to a
new system.
Please check whether the tint
product is in coupling mode.
I cannot add the tint product.
The tint product is already
assigned to a remote control or
a gateway. Please remove it from
the existing network
Bring it closer to the remote
control
Switch off any nearby Zigbee
devices
I have to press the standby button
several times.
If the tint product has previously
been switched off using the light
switch, the tint remote control will
have to resynchronise.
You have switched off parts of the
system using a light switch. The
tint remote control is resynchro-
nising.
Which group is my tint product in
at the moment?
Simply switching the groups on and
off again will tell you which group
your tint product is in.
