Each unit shell is packed as follows:
a. Wrap the machine with:
•
Layer of plastic sheet.
•
Place 4 foamed plastic plates around the machine.
b. Add one “desiccant bag insertion” inside cutters unit area.
c. Fix the wrapped machine to the crate base using metal brackets
that are attached to the base according to the wrapped machine
configuration.
d. Ensure that the following are imprinted on the crate:
•
“Very Fragile”, “Do not stack”, “Avoid humidity”.
•
Description of the crate content.
•
Full details of the crate destination.
•
“Lift from this side” - to indicate the lifting direction.
