In order to prove the claim of warranty, please include
the completely filled-in certificate of warranty for the
watch. A warranty is only provided if the certificate of
warranty has been properly filled in by the specialist
salesperson. The watch is sent in at the sender's risk.
Damages caused by the buyer or occurring after expiry
of the warranty can be remedied at your expense in
the service department of our factory or by any Mühle
specialist retailer.
