Although fully assembled (photo 1), there are a few procedures to install options and for maintenance. Photos 2 and 3 show the simple steps
needed to change the two light bulbs inside the cab. First remove the roof by pulling upward. Refer to photo 2. Be very careful of the circuit
board which may be HOT TO THE TOUCH! Before you change any light bulb, it is recommended that you let the model cool off after running. The interior light is a press fit. Pull upward
on the interior light bulb to remove (photo 3). The headlight is attached to a connector. Lift up the wire attached to the connector and unplug (photo 3). Reinsert the connector of the new
headlight. To install the optional coupler cover, unscrew and remove the coupler as shown in photos4 and 5. Now insert the coupler cover into the opening with the tabs facing in towards
the plow. Snap the coupler cover in place. See photo 6&7. The spreaders are opened (photo 8) by simply pulling them outward until the locking bar is locked into place against the plastic
support (photo 9). To retract the spreaders, push in the direction of the arrow on the locking bar as seen in photo 9. Be careful as the spreaders are under spring tension.
