Pic. 4 SOLENOID PARAMETRS
"NOMINAL PULL CURRENT"
- Rated current of the pull in winding. The current of the tested
solenoid will be compared with this current value.
"NOMINAL HOLD CURRENT"
- Rated current of the holding winding. The current of the tested
solenoid will be compared with this current value.
“DEVIATION CURRENT”
- current deviation of the tested solenoid from
“NOMINAL PULL CURRENT”
and
“NOMINAL HOLD CURRENT”
, to display the result of the test
“PASSED”
or
“FAILED”
NOMINAL DROPOUT
- The expected voltage drop on the power contacts of the solenoid
"DEVIATION DROPOUT"
- the voltage drop deviation on the power contacts of the solenoid from
the expected
"NOMINAL DROPOUT"
in the direction of large values. If the voltage drop on the
power contacts of the solenoid is less than the specified
“NOMINAL HOLD CURRENT”
, the tester
will give the result
“PASSED”
i.e. test passed successfully
"NOMINAL VOLTAGE"
- The rated voltage that will be applied to the solenoid pull in and holding
windings during the test
