Assembly
Boom Out Right Assembly
1. Attach the boom weldment (A) to the
right side of the main frame (B) with
six 3/4 x 2-1/2 bolts, 3/4 lockwashers
and 3/4 nuts.
2. Attach the kicker weldment (C) to
the main frame with four 3/4 x 2-1/2
bolts, 3/4 lockwashers and 3/4 nuts.
3. Attach the kicker weldment to the
boom weldment with four 3/4 x 2
bolts, 3/4 lockwashers and 3/4 nuts.
4. Route the attachment hydraulic hoses-
through four guides (D-G) as shown.
Boom Out Left Assembly
1. Attach the boom weldment (A) to the
left side of the main frame (B) with
six 3/4 x 2-1/2 bolts, 3/4 lockwashers
and 3/4 nuts.
2. Attach the kicker weldment (C) to
the main frame with four 3/4 x 2-1/2
bolts, 3/4 lockwashers and 3/4 nuts.
3. Attach the kicker weldment to the
boom weldment with four 3/4 x 2
bolts, 3/4 lockwashers and 3/4 nuts.
4. Route the attachment hydraulic hoses-
through four guides (D-G) as shown.
Boom Sideways Assembly
1. Attach the boom weldment (A) to
the center of the main frame (B) with
eight 3/4 x 2-1/2 bolts, 3/4 lockwash-
ers and 3/4 nuts.
2. Route the attachment hydraulic hoses
through four guides (C-F) as shown.
