1. Maintenance and Trouble Shooting
1.1 Cautions before Maintenance
-1. To separate or combine the board, be sure that you turn off the power in order.
-2. When you handle the electronic board, be careful that you do not touch IC and other electronic parts(IC
can be destroyed by static electricity).
-3. When you check the power system, be careful that the short circuit is not made.
1.2 Trouble shooting as step by step
1.2.1 Power failure, but the behavior
-1. AC and DC input check of the power line connection status
-2. AC and DC power switch ON / OFF check
-3. Check the output voltage of the rectifier
-4. The failure of the rectifier output voltage -> DC/DC converter replacement
1.2.2 In the case of all telephone calls not working
-1. Check the communication cable between of PABX and other boards
-2. If there is a problem with the wiring, communications board replacement
1.2.3 If you do not have some phone calls.
-1. Only one phone cannot hear a dial tone
a) Check the cable connections and ports of the board
b) If there are no problems of cables connection and related ports.
1.2.4 The tone operates, but the dial does not work.
-1. The telephone handset or the handset's dial components are failure.
1.2.5 If you do not hear the voice of the other party.
-1. The telephone handset receiver or transmitter of other party is failure.
1.2.6 Phone malfunction
-1. When the bell does not ring from other party’s calls. -> Related IO board or all telephone failure.
-2. If the noise to be heard seriously -> The capacitor of rectifier or the phone handset failure.
-3. The phone will be heard from other party -> The IO board failure or program error.
1.2.7 Telephone paging does not work.
-1. Check the related transformer and relay of the board
-2. Check the cable connections between telephone exchange and PA system.
