When switched on, there
is no connection
between the earbuds.
Touch and hold the touch buttons of both earbuds for
approximately 5 seconds. When the LED flashes blue
once, turn the headphones back on.
Bluetooth connection
does not work
Make sure your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop
etc.) is correctly paired with the earbuds.
Check that the distance between the devices is not
more than 10 m/ 33 ft in the open air. Every obstacle
(furniture, wall, etc.) affects the distance between
devices.
No sound is heard when
connected to a sound
source.
Check that the volume of the headphones or audio
source is not set to a minimum.
Check the Bluetooth connection volume set on your
source device.
Make sure that you have not set a limit on audio
streaming on the source device and that you have set a
correct channel for sending audio.
Poor sound quality in
audio playback
Check the sound quality of the source.
Make sure that the Bluetooth transmission is not
disturbed by, for example, a working microwave or
other device.
The speakers in the earbuds may have been damaged.
If the problem persists, contact service centre.
7. Maintenance of the device
The device may only be cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel. It is forbidden to use
water or any other liquids to clean the device.
No part of the device may be
submerged in water. Cleaning and maintenance may only be carried out when the
appliance is switched off.
Avoid very high temperatures, as they can shorten the service life of the electronic
components of the device and melt plastic parts.
