Siderails
½ Length Head End Siderails
Lifting the siderail up completely will latch it into the upright
position. To lower the rail, you must press the release lever which
is in the middle of the lower channel (between the two arms.) The
head end rails swing towards the foot of the bed and the foot end
rails swing towards the head end of the bed.
Full Length and ¾ Length Siderails
Lifting the siderail up completely will latch it into the upright position.
To lower the rail, you must press the release lever which is located at
the foot end of the lower channel before lowering. Both the Full and
¾ rails swings towards the foot of the bed.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
The siderails should always be in the up position when the patient is left
unattended. Test the siderails to ensure that they are properly latched before leaving the
patient.
