Inside the battery compartment , the scale has units of measure-
ment change-over switch (6). By using it you can change the metric
and imperial units (g -> lb:oz or ml -> fl’oz).
By pressing (4) MODE you can select the preferred unit of measure-
ment: g - grams, lb: oz - pounds: ounces, ml - millilitre, fl.oz - fluid
ounces. Weight unit converter: 1 oz = 28.5g, 1 fl.oz = 28.4ml.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the plastic insulation underneath the battery before using
the scale for the first time. Check if the battery polarity is correct
(the “+” marking should match the marking on the terminals).
