After having used the appliance, unplug it and take the juice container from under it to pour the juice
into another dish.
CAUTION! Slow juicer is equipped with a low-rotation motor, and so the device needs time to process
the ingredients used. Hurry, attempts to insert large vegetables and fruits or a large quantity at the same
time, or pushing strongly with the push rod, may cause the device to lock.
PREPARATION OF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

Caution: a large quantity of vegetables or fruits
should not be inserted at the same time.
A large quantity may clog the insertion channel or the
squeezing endless screw, which may cause the device
to lock.

Wash all products and cut them into pieces as long
as possible so that they move easily through the insertion
channel.
For a large carrot, only cut it lengthwise into four parts.
Cut the green top at approximately 1cm. Push the final
portions of the parts with the push rod.
– beetroots and celeries should be cut like applies,
into approx. 8 parts
REMEMBER: Hard vegetables or fruits being extracted should be pressed to the low-rotation mechanism. To make the work easier cut larger carrots
lengthwise into two or more parts. Use the push rod to press the final portion of products being extracted.
CEREAL GRASS

Cut the grass to the desired length and wash it. Insert small
quantities of the grass into the insertion opening – this will
give better results when extracting. Use the push rod
if necessary.
– greens: do not insert too much at the same time –
that will be hard to extract.
REMEMBER: Cereal grasses contain ingredients causing froth to appear during extraction. Use fresh grass to reduce that to a minimum. You can also
cool the grass and the squeezing endless screw by putting them in the fridge for the night and sprinkling it with cold water at least 2 hours before
or immediately before extraction. If you do not mind mixing grass juice with carrot juice, you can get a really large quantity of grass juice by using a minimal
quantity of carrot at the same time, which will help clean the sieve while extracting.
HARD FRUITS

IMPORTANT: Primarily choose hard and juicy species.
Wash and cut the fruits in their skins into parts that fit easily
into the insertion opening (approximately 8 parts). The fruits
may be inserted together with seed sockets, only stalks need
to be removed. Do not enter too many fruit parts at once –
that will be hard to extract.
