PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR MOVEMENT EQUIPMENT. BY
USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BRUDDEN LTDA guarantees that all new MOVEMENT products are free from defects in materials and manufacturing for the
warranty periods established below.
The warranty period starts on the issue date of the purchased product's invoice issued by BRUDDEN or by accredited reseller.
This warranty will only apply for defects found during the warranty period and only to the original buyer of the product. To use this
warranty, the buyer must contact an authorized MOVEMENT technical assistant within 30 days after

nding any nonconformity and
make the equipment available for inspection by BRUDDEN or its authorized technical assistance.
MOVEMENT's liability under this warranty is limited, as shown below.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
1. The warranty is applied to the Movement products only when:
1-1. The product has been with the original buyer and with proof of original purchase (purchase invoice);
1-2. Has not been object of: accidents, inadequate use or negligence, improper operation, abuse, transportation and
inadequate storage, maintenance in disagreement with the speci
!
cations contained in the instructions guide, inappropriate service,
or modi
!
cation not executed by Movement;
1-3. The spare parts used are provided by Movement; Complaints made during the warranty period.
1-4. Complaints made during the warranty period.
2. This warranty does not cover damage of faults in equipment caused by error in basic and necessary maintenance as described in
the guide.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:

Products repaired or modi

ed by outsources, without prior written authorization by Movement; Any modi
!
cation or
replacement of equipment parts implies loss of warranty.

Service calls and technician travel for repair, product installation or instructions to owners on how to use the product;
•
Repairs performed in Movement products without the series number or with altered or damaged identi
!
cation;
•
Removal and delivery of equipment for repair;
•
No service expense occurred after the services warranty period.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The service of the Movement Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an authorized dealer or the one from whom the
product was purchased.
The expenses related to the transportation of the product to the authorized point and travel (technical visit) by the Authorized
Assistant will be borne by the Buyer, whether or not the product is under warranty.
Liability for the warranty is limited to the repair, modi
!
cation or replacement of the product.
Movement shall not be liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment, facilities, loss of pro
!
ts and consequential
damages.
Movement reserves the right to suspend the manufacture of the equipment at any time and without prior notice, modify its
speci
!
cations and make improvements without incurring the obligation to make such improvements in products previously
manufactured.
