21 REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Regular service and maintenance assure safe, trouble-free operation of
the MOVEment system.
We will inform you of any maintenance work in good time and arrange
and appointment with you. Please make sure there is unimpeded ac-
cess to the wall connector and the service ports in the individual mod-
ules.
MALFUNCTIONS AND REPAIRS
The troubleshooting section is designed to help you fix minor malfunc-
tions yourself. This saves you from having to call a service technician
and thus incur costs not covered by the warranty.
If you experience major or recurring malfunctions that you cannot fix
yourself,
scan the QR code and fill out the form provided for the pur-
pose at www.move-ment.ch/serviceandsupport If you do not have
access to the internet, call us on the service number specified earlier in
these instructions.
Please have the type reference and serial number at hand. You will find
these on the type label located in the bed module. You will see the la-
bel if you open the front flap of the base for manual operation.

A service technician will contact you no later than one working day after
you have notified the problem.
