ARMS
The arms allow the user to do the exercise. The arms can be moved independently.
SEAT AND BACKREST ADJUSTMENT
The Backrest and the seat allow the user to regulate in the best possible way so that he can
perform the exercise. To adjust the backrest simply pull the pin back and lock the backrest as
desired. To adjust the seat simply pull the lever upwards.
OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION
MODELS
There are two types of models of the IDEA line. Equipment with exercise counter or equipment without exercise counter. To know the
difference from one to another simply observe whether the equipment accompanies front fairing in the tower or not.
Model IDEA PLUS Model IDEA
COUNTER
The IDEA line has a version that comes accompanied with a cycle counter, exercise time and rest
time. This counter has the purpose to help the user to know how his or her exercise pace is. The
counter only matches IDEA PLUS models.
SELECTOR PIN
The lector pin allows the weights to be locked to be used when performing the exercise.
