Improper use of this piece of equipment can turn it into a danger object which may cause serious injuries or even death to the
user. For this reason it is of the utmost importance that the user read and understand this Manual.

Before using the equipment, refer to the full version of the Owner's Manual by using the above QR Code or
www.movement.com and make sure it is correctly installed and used, otherwise serious injury or death will occur.

It is the buyer's sole
on the MOVEMENT's products to read the instructions guide and the equipment's
RESPONSIBILITY
sticker warnings. It is also the buyer's sole responsibility to instruct the end users on the correct use of the equipment.

Users should be supervised by a qualified professional, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to instruct them properly.
The use of equipment contrary to the provisions of this Manual can cause accidents to the users.

This equipment has not been designed for people with physical, sensory or mental disorders or people who lack experience or
knowledge unless they have received instructions in relation to the use of the equipment and they are under the supervision of
an instructor.

This equipment is intended for professional use in Fitness Center, Clubs, Studios, Hotels and Condominiums, always with the
supervision of a qualified instructor. Not for household use. In case of doubt, please contact MOVEMENT

It is recommended that the equipment is in a controlled access area. The access control to the equipment is the responsibility
of the instructor, as well as the supervision of the user when using the equipment.

NEVER allow two people to use the equipment at the same time.

Do not allow anyone to stand next to the equipment when it is in use.

Do not allow children, elderly people or animals to go near the equipment as this could lead to a serious or fatal
accident.

Do not use bare foot. Wear lace-up shoes. Make sure that shoes are not tight.
•
Do not wear loose clothing, avoid wearing jewelry, chains, loose hair, sharp objects. Always wear clothing intended for
physical exercise.

Do not use the equipment if you are ill or suffering from the effects of drugs, alcohol or anything that may affect your psycho
motor abilities.
•
When adjusting any seat, knee support, seat backrest, or any other type of adjustment, make sure that adjustment or
lever is fully engaged in the adjustment to prevent injury.
•
Exercising in an incorrect way or undertaking an excessive amount of exercise may cause serious injuries. If there is any type of
pain, dizziness, a feeling that you might faint or a lack of air, immediately stop the exercise and check with a specialized
doctor.
