MAINTENANCE GERAL INFORMATION
MAINTENACE ROUTINES
Movement projected all ites equipments with componentes and
system that provides a low maintenance.
The following instructions have a guide of maintenance with a
character more preventive than corrective. The table below will
serve as a control ass well to take notes of the done maintenances.
As general recommendation to keep the equipmenet: It shoulde
not be exposed to solar light incidence directly or indirectly, the
weather actions (rain, wind, sand/dust), elements or abrasive
productions and/or corrosives and chemical elements in general.
1 - , Check the condition and
adjust if necessary: connections,
clamps, regulation pins, pulleys,
and load pins.
2 - Check the condition of the
bars and articulated levers
3 - Check and tighten
nuts and bolts,
if necessary
4 - Inspect anti-slip
surfaces
5 - Cleaning of upholstry
6 - Cleaning or lubrication
of the guides of the weights
7 - Cleaning of the structure
(unlubricated metal parts)
