CHOCALATE CAKE
Accessoried used: Chopping knive or kneading blade
Ingredients for 6 people
- 5 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 200 g of melter butter
- 200g of chocolate
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 100 ml of milk
• Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with 2 tablespoons of water. Add the butter and stir until
the mixture is completely melted.
• In the bowl of the food processor fitted with the chopping knife or kneading blade, place the
sugar and eggs and run at
speeds 4 for 45 seconds
until the mixture becomes foamy. With-
out stopping the food processor, go down to speed 1 and add the melted chocolate, flour,
yeast, and milk through the feeding tube.
• When all ingredients are mixed, together, run at speeds
6 for 15 seconds
.
• Pour intoa buttered cake tin and bake for about 1 hour at gas mark5/6 (160 degres).
GRATIN DAUPHINOIS
Accessoried used: Grater cheese, slicer fine , whisking disc
Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 kg potatoes
- 300 ml of milk
- 250 ml double cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 egg yolks
- 100g gruyere cheese
- Salt, pepper and grated nutmeg
• Grate the gruyere in the mixing bowl using the grater cheese
on speed 4/5
. Put to on the side.
• Peel the potatoes and slice them in the bowl using the slicer cartridges on speed 2/3.
• Arrange the potatoes slices in a gratin dish which has been greased and rubbed with a clove
of garlic.
• Place the egg yolks, milk, double cream, salt , pepper and grated nutmeg in the bowl using
the whisking disc
on speed 5 for 1 minute
.
• Pour the mixture over the potatoes. Top with grated gruyere cheese and a few know of butter.
• Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If the top browms to quickly, cover
with foil.
