INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
With your MOUAWAD watch, you have acquired an outstanding
example of the watchmaker’s art. If any faults arise, in spite of our
rigorous inspections and quality standards, we provide you with a
2-year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and ageing (e.g. scratches on the sapphire crystal,
colour and/or material alterations to non-metal straps, such as
leather, textile or rubber).
- Damage to a part of the watch arising from inappropriate/abusive
use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (impacts, bumps, crushing,
broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch or failure to observe
the instructions for use provided for your MOUAWAD Genève
watch.
- Indirect or consecutive damage, of any kind, resulting from use,
malfunction, faults or inaccuracy of your Mouawad Genève watch.
- Service operations performed by an individual not approved
by MOUAWAD Genève, or damage caused beyond the control
of MOUAWAD Genève.
Any other claims against MOUAWAD Genève, e.g. for damages
beyond those defined in the present guarantee, are expressly
excluded, with the exception of any statutory rights that the
purchaser may exercise against the manufacturer.
