When the message “SET SPEED /
+ ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“SP05” comes out to indicate default speed is 5km/h. Touch ‘ENTER/PAUSE’ button after setting
up speed with ‘SPEED
/
’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER/PAUSE’ but
‘START/STOP’ key, Exercise starts only with the setting of time and weight. (The default speed
and incline are duly applied)
5. Set up Speed
After the message “SET WEIGHT /
+ ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“WT60” comes out to indicate default user weight is 60kg. Touch ‘ENTER/PAUSE’ button after
setting up user’s weight with ‘SPEED
/ ’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER/PAUSE’
but ‘START/STOP’ key, the treadmill starts to operate only with time setting. (The default weight,
speed and incline are duly applied)
4. Set up Weight
After the message “SET TIME
/
+ ENTER” is displayed on the screen, the message
“TM30” comes out to indicate default time goal is 30 minutes. Touch ‘ENTER/PAUSE’ after setting
up the exercise goal time with ‘SPEED
/ ’ or numeric key. If you don’t press ‘ENTER/PAUSE’
but ‘START/STOP’ key, the striding belt starts moving.

button, the value changes with the
resolution of 1kg. If you keep pressing weight value increase or decrease rapidly.

When you press MANUAL button, the message “SLECT WORKOUT

+ ENTER” is
displayed on the screen.
1. Select Goal oriented Mode
Touch ‘ENTER/PAUSE’ button after selecting “TIME’’ of goal oriented programs with ‘SPEED
/ ’ button. If you don’t press ‘ENTER/PAUSE’ but ‘START/STOP’ key, the striding belt starts
moving.
