Touch Start / Stop button then treadmill starts to run.

- Treadmill starts at 1km/h of Speed and 0% of Incline.

How to use quick start

- Default speed value is 1.0km/h.
- Speed can be controlled by the resolution of 0.1km/h with SPEED

button.

- Incline range is from 0% to 15%, and can be controlled (by changes with the resolution
of 0.5% with INCLINE

button.

Select a desired speed by using SPEED

button.

User can set up the speed more quickly with

and numeric key. When using

numeric key, speed changes with the resolution of 1km/h from 1km/h to 10km/h.

User can set up the incline more quickly with SCAN and numeric key. When

using numeric key, incline changes with the resolution of 1% from 1% to 10%.

- Make sure to grasp contact heart rate sensor firmly.

Set up a desired incline by using INCLINE

button.

Cool Down Exercise begins at the end stage of exercise profile. If you press ‘START/STOP’

button, exercise stops immediately without Cool Down Exercise.

4. To stop exercise, touch START/STOP button.

During exercise, user also can check heart rate with the contact heart rate sensor on the front

handle grip.
