OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STARTING THE ENGINE
To turn on the motor you must
:
1.Place the
Mini Bike
on the side stand.
2.Place the fuel valve in the “ON” position.

3.Check that the amount of fuel is sufficient
for your trip. See Add Gasoline page 18.
4.Place the choke lever in the “START” position.

5.Place the cut-off switch in the on position
6.Press the rear brake lever.
7.Take the start rope and pull hard.
8.When the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever
to the "RUN" position.
9.Wait about 1-3 minutes to use your
Mini Bike.
STOP THE ENGINE
To turn off the engine you must
:
1. Come to a complete stop by pressing the rear brake.
2.Set the circuit breaker to the on position
3.Place the
Mini Bike
on the side stand.
FLOODED ENGINE
If the engine fails to start after several attempts it is possible
that it is flooded with gasoline. To free the engine from
excess gasoline you must
:
1. Wait 1 minute for it to clear.
2. Set choke lever to "START" position
3. Set the circuit breaker to the ON” position.
4. Do not operate the throttle when starting.
5. Try to start the engine again.
Note
:

Do not let the engine run for more than 3 minutes each total
since there may be overheating, remember that the cooling
system is by air and not by fan.
