Setting up the Radio
This chapter explains how to set up the radio.
NOTICE:
Your dealer or system administrator may have
customized your radio for your specific needs.
Check with your dealer or system administrator to
determine how your radio has been programmed.

To program, connect XT600d Series radio (1) using the
Drop-in Tray SUC (2) and the CPS Programming Cable
(3*) to CPS in the computer (4) as shown in
Figure 1:

Toggle the cable switch of the CPS Programming Cable to
‘CPS Mode’.
CPS allows you to program frequencies, PL/DPL Codes as
well as other features such as: Break-in, Covert Mode, and
English
