A properly installed VML750 unit minimizes service calls. When mounting the VML750
unit components, consider the following factors:
This device requires professional installation to satisfy compliance with FCC requirements.
•
The mounting surface must have sufficient strength to support the equipment being
mounted and to prevent it from becoming loose over time.
•
Do not attach components to any part of the vehicle subjected to excessive vibration.
•
Do not mount the VML750 unit on a flat surface where the unit could
become partially submersed in water.
•
The proposed location of the equipment being mounted or wires/cables attached
must not interfere with driver/passenger seating or leg space.
