Note: If you don’t have some of the
information requested in these steps, contact
your company’s system administrator.
To set up corporate e-mail:
1 Press the left soft key (
-
) ( Start ).
2 Scroll to ActiveSync and press the center
select key (

).
3 Press the right soft key (

) ( Menu ),
select Add Server Source , and press the center
select key (
s
).
4 In Server Address , enter the exchange server
address and press the right soft key (
+
)
( Next ).
Note: You might be required to check This
server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection .
5 In User Name , enter your user name for the
e-mail account
6 In Password , enter the password for the
account.
7 In Domain , enter the server's domain name
(if necessary).
Tip: If you don’t want to enter your
password each time you synchronize,
check
Save Password .
8 Press the right soft key (
+
) ( Next ).
9 Choose the data you want to synchronize,
such as
Contacts , Calendar , Email , and Tasks .
10 Press the left soft key (
-
) ( Finish ).
11 Press the left soft key (
-
) ( Sync ) to
synchronize your phone with the
Exchange server and then go to the next
steps in “sync over the air” on page 49.
