Installation and Configuration Overview
To install and configure your cable modem for a single PC running Microsoft Windows,
you can use the Installation Assistant.
Otherwise, to install and configure your cable modem:

Install the cables as described in

of:

To connect a single PC running Microsoft Windows
to a SURFboard cable modem, we recommend
using the Installation Assistant application.
You can start the Installation Assistant from the
Main Menu on the
SURFboard Cable Modem
CD-ROM. In most cases, the Installation Assistant
automatically configures your cable modem.
