Press the volume
keys to:

incoming call

Tip:
Sometimes silence really is
golden. That’s why you can quickly set
your ringer to
Vibrate
by holding
#
in
the home screen. Hold
#
again to
return to your last ring profile. To set
the ringer from the menu, see page 50.
handsfree speaker
You can use your phone’s handsfree speaker
to make calls without holding the phone to
your ear.
During a call, press the
Options
key >
Speaker On
to turn the handsfree speaker on. Your display
shows the speakerphone indicator until you
turn it off (press the
Options
key >
Speaker Off
) or
end the call.
lock & unlock keypad
You can lock your keypad to
prevent accidental key presses.
Slide the keypad lock switch up to
lock it, or down to unlock.

When your keypad is
locked, you can still
end calls
with the
O
,
make emergency calls
, or
answer
incoming
