Control Head Boards Disassembly/Reassembly
The procedures in this section describe the disassembly and reassembly of each of the control head
boards.
6.2.2.1 PM1200 Control Head Disassembly
NOTE:
Bracketed numbers are identical to item numbers shown in
Head Exploded View” on page 9-2
.
6.2.2.1.1 PM1200 Control Head Back Housing Disassembly
1. Turn off the radio.
2. Lay the control head face down on a clean, flat surface and be careful not to scratch or mar
the display.
3. Using a CR-V PH2 screwdriver, remove the 4 binding head screws M4x8 SUS B [34] from the
cable strain relief plate [32] as shown in

4. Carefully separate the cable strain relief plate [32] and gasket [31] from the back housing
assembly [29].
5. Carefully disconnect the remote radio control cable from the mating connector on the back
housing assembly [29] as shown in
